Working with the University of South Carolina on two of the most historic buildings on the campus horseshoe, our firm’s role in this project was to assist the owner and design team in a pre-construction capacity. We served as a Construction Management consultant for sequencing/scheduling of construction activities, project budgeting, as well as the constructability of the proposed scope of work.
