Kress Corner Redevelopment is a historic renovation project of multiple buildings located in the heart of Downtown Florence. The mixed-use development will feature mercantile space, a restaurant and a distillery on the ground floor. The second floor will be a combination of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and studio apartments with rooftop terrace space and leasable office space. The third floor will be exclusively apartments in the Kress building. Above the office on the corner will be the first rooftop bar in Downtown Florence. The buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places and will seek historic tax credits.
