Often, when our clients seek design and construction services, they are not at a stage in the development process to commit to hiring a general contractor. At this point, we are often hired to provide design and construction services assisting in establishing project design goals, budgets and schedules to keep the project moving forward.

Additionally, particular clients hire us when the client does not feel compelled to hire a general contractor in providing construction management agency services to oversee specialty sub-contractors to accomplish their program needs. When our clients do require a general contractor, our firm also guides in the selection process.
