Northeastern Technical College, Main Campus, Cheraw, SC
Lambert Architecture + Construction Services provided planning and construction services for the 2012 master plan for the college’s main campus. The master plan addressed the renovation of seven buildings. It further detailed how to maximize existing facilities and forecasted for future expansion.
Also included was conceptual planning for a new 50,000-square-foot student services center. The new facility design included a 1,000-seat auditorium, business and administrative offices, and support spaces. It was aimed to serve as the student life center on campus.
