Rich has worked in the construction field for over 20 years, including being an owner with a Columbia based General Contractor. He has been involved in the estimating/project management of more the $100,000,000 in successfully completed construction projects. Rich has extensive experience and knowledge in both new and renovation projects, understanding the value of open communication between all parties during the design/construction process in order to meet the owner’s needs.
