This much-needed addition gave the Zeta Chapter the ability to host chapter meetings at the house by providing a chapter room capable of seating 300 girls. The kitchen and serving areas were reworked to provide greater efficiency serving meals and better flow during meal times. The chapter room also has the ability to serve as a dining area. The house director suite was relocated and expanded to better help meet the needs of the house. Upstairs, resident rooms that were displaced by the first-floor expansion were relocated. Additionally, new studying and communal spaces have been created upstairs to add to the life of the house.
