The construction management work at the Whaley Market site includes the installation of two (2) 12-ton package units as designated by MECA, a large roof curb, new steel beams, power wiring and new ductwork. In addition to HVAC, new wood bead board ceiling planks were installed to conceal the underside of the existing metal building and roll insulation.
