This 3,500 sf expansion of the Delta Delta Delta House will allow for the Chapter to hold chapter meetings at the house rather than renting space at nearby venues. The expansion also includes expanding the house director’s suite, adding additional serving space and dining capacity, provides for additional study and gathering rooms upstairs, and provides a new bathroom for the residents. The house is getting a complete mechanical system overhaul as well as updating the interior finishes.
