Management of exterior repair and masonry tuck-pointing of the historic brick and mortar at the North and South clerestory elevations, repair of flashing and existing slate tile roofing, replacement of the stain glass window protection, interior plaster repairs. We have also installed spray foam insulation around the existing organ chamber to better control humidity; and we are currently working with the church to install spray foam insulation in the basement and batt insulation in the attic space above the plaster ceilings.
