River Rat Brewery is a 5,000 sf upfit of an existing warehouse and office space in Columbia, South Carolina. The facility will include a 4,000 sf brewery that will produce up to 30,000 barrels a year. The front area will serve as a tasting room and events venue with additional outdoor seating on the new deck and patio. Interior renovations include new restrooms and a bar with a custom designed tap wall.
