Lake City Development, Lake City, SC

Renovation of the existing 3,450 square foot building into a new BBW restaurant.  The project included renovating a dining area for 60 people and a commercial kitchen complete with a walk-in cooler/freezer, flat grill, griddle, 6-burner stove with oven, 5 fryers, and a code compliant kitchen exhaust hood.  A room a the rear of the building with a roll-up door will also be included to accommodate the use of a trailered cooker.  New HVAC, lighting and support utilities will be added to accommodate the new use.  We also anticipate front façade restoration and storefront replacement, as well as new roofing, insulation and parapet cap details.
