Renovation of a 3,500 square foot new Bar, Restaurant, and roof-top venue. The first-floor program will include a commercial kitchen providing a 36” griddle/oven, a fryer as well as a code compliant kitchen exhaust hood. New HVAC (exposed), roof structure, lighting, televisions and support utilities will be added to accommodate the new use. The roof-top design will include an “L-shaped” bar, outdoor seating area, and a restroom, while having a portion of the roof-top under new roof structure.
