Renovation of an existing two-story building with 3400 sf on the first floor with a 1400 sf mezzanine that will include an arcade style first floor with 2-3 small retail spaces and/ or offices and a walkway to provide access to the back of the building. There will also be offices located on the second floor. We also anticipate updating the façade, entrances and windows of the building.
