Construction of 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building, including 2 office, breakroom and restroom. Building consists of 6″ concrete slab, ventilated maintenance area with uninsulated OH doors, vinyl covered batt insulation in walls and roof, exterior walls are composed of brick wainscot and metal wall panels. The office area is composed of painted moisture resistant gypsum wall board and ceiling, sealed concrete floors, split HVAC system, general lighting and power. Exterior access to the back of the building is composed of crusher run from both sides of the building to a concrete pad the length of the building. Water and sanitary sewer connection will be core drilled under existing road and connected to the utilities at the library building. Electrical service to the building will be fed overhead. Storm water will be handled through gutter and downspouts through underground piping under concrete pad and day lighting behind the building.
