This project for Northeastern Technical College includes partial demolition of the existing building and associated paving and underground utilities. In its place a new 6,080 sf addition is attached to the existing building to create a new instructional building, CMU and brick exterior walls with large aluminum windows and glass sectional overhead doors create a large new CNC area, classrooms and steel storage spaces.
