Renovation of existing approximate 5,000 square foot building into an art gallery space. The program included open gallery space, permanent display walls, moveable mylar display platforms, a reception area, restrooms and custom large garage door opening at rear of building to receive artwork. Our work included structural analysis of new lighting, HVAC, electrical service and plumbing for new equipment. A front façade restoration and storefront replacement and site improvements included landscaping and parking allotted along the rear side of the existing building.
