AllSouth Federal Credit Union approached us to develop a small branch building model of roughly 2,500 square feet that will potentially be repeated on other building sites. Working within AllSouth’s established exterior and interior branding schemes, we utilized their pre-defined building materials of brick, metal panel and standing seam metal roofing in configurations not previously designed on other branches. Scope of services includes schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration on this site redevelopment that is a former Bank of America site with the original building demolished.
