There will be apartments on the second and third floors of the Robinson and Mark’s buildings. There will also be rear parking with a private entrance to the apartments above through the exterior courtyard. On the second floor of the Robinson building there will be a rooftop patio with an entrance to the second floor Robinson apartments.
