We were pleased to work on Goodwill’s new 15,000 square foot, one-story building to include retail space, drop-off/receiving and processing areas, break room space, restrooms and manager’s office. Included was overall site development of their new parking lot, drop-off and loading dock. The design goal was to provide a customer friendly, light-filled space enhancing the overall shopping experience while maintaining a modest construction budget. Construction is currently underway with an anticipated completion date of August 2018.
