Renovation of existing approximate 1,000 square foot building into a new Butcher Shoppe/Meat Market. The design will include a processing area in the rear of the store, a bathroom addition, cooler addition and small retail/market area in the front of the facility. New lighting, HVAC, electrical service and plumbing for new equipment will be provided. A structural analysis will be performed to evaluate potential upgrades to the existing roof structure. We also performed a front façade restoration and storefront replacement.
